MCFIP Inc. represents the intellectual property of William (Bill) McFaul, founder and
chairman, The Center for Modeling Optimal Outcomes.
Following an inadvertent discovery in 2005 by William McFaul and Michael Miller; Ph.D.
relative to brain chemistry (neurohormones) existing in corollary relationships, MCFIP
was formed as a life science modeling company.
This website has been designed in a novel format; i.e. as a tutorial that utilizes
hyperlinks to guide interested parties to peer-reviewed studies that validate assertions
for theories derived from models created by MCFIP concerning DNA Repair models or
factors that can be independently verified based on the fundamentals of physical
science; e.g. physical chemistry and interactions between elements.
Subsequent to the initial discovery, Bill and his team of advisors made a series of
findings relative to cellular physiology. It was at that point that Bill shifted his primary
focus away from enhancing the concept of clinical value analysis (CVA). The concept of
CVA is a non-labor healthcare expense reduction model that was pioneered in the late
1970s that was used by more than 1,700 hospitals through the US and Canada prior to
the 1997 sale of his company, McFaul and Lyons, Inc., to Johnson and Johnson.
During the period 2005 through 2018, in excess of 125,000 hours was dedicated to the
development of an algorithmic model that encompassed core principles of quantum
mechanics/particle physics with the principles of biology.
The information contained in this website is proved as an open source for healthcare
business executives, researchers and clinical practitioners who are focused on the
prevention of chronic diseases or their cost-effective treatments.
On January 1, 2019, the quantum biology algorithm was finalized and McFaul made the
decision to rekindle the CVA concept to meet the needs of employers that are providing
self-funded health insurance to their employees and beneficiaries.
Many of the findings
from quantum biology that has been validated by scientific research, meeting McFaul’s
criteria for CVA, have been utilized as tools to reduce self-funded healthcare insurance
An explanation of CVA and a sampling of applications are provided here:
The scientific and technical findings highlighted throughout the website are not for sale.
Instead, they are being offered in a strategic form similar to Paul Allen - Bill Gates and
IBM concept whereby income to MCFIP’s non-profit foundation(s) will not take place
until the concepts are applied for use.
